They provide insights without directly managing the projects. On the other hand, a team member has access to the Feedbucket dashboard and an account. They actively manage projects, organize feedback, and work behind-the-scenes. They can also submit feedback and comments as members only as you can see in our documentation.

To activate the Feedbucket widget, just add one line of Javascript to your website. For a no-code option, you can use some of our plugins. Your clients and stakeholders do not have to install anything. It all works from the browser.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. All payments are securely processed through Stripe. For those on the Enterprise plan, we also offer payment by invoice.
